What kind of errands does Sendy handle?
Market shopping, grocery runs, food and package pickups, deliveries and personal errands. If it doesn't fit a category, just describe it — we'll tell you if we can do it.
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp, or call. Tell us what you need, where it's coming from and where it's going. There's no account to create and nothing to install.
How much does it cost?
Errands start from ₦1,000 to ₦1,500 depending on the type, then vary with distance and what's involved. We confirm the exact figure with you before a rider moves.
How do I pay?
Cash or bank transfer, arranged directly with us once your rider is on the way. There's nothing to pay online.
Can I follow my errand?
Yes. Every errand gets a reference and a clear status, and we message you as it moves — including if something goes wrong.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
Reach us on WhatsApp or by phone and a real person will sort it out, refund requests included. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Ikotun-Igando and cover a growing part of Lagos. Coverage is expanding — ask us and we'll confirm whether we reach you before you commit.
When are you open?
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Messages sent outside those hours get answered when we open.
